An Enrollment Verification form serves as documentation that a student is currently enrolled at Columbia College Hollywood for a particular academic term as a full-time, half-time or less than half-time student. This form is frequently requested to prove enrollment to health insurance companies, housing agencies, employers and others. Students should be aware that dropping below full-time status may affect your elibility for services offered by these organizations.
Enrollment status is defined at CCH as follows:
Full-Time Status = 12 or more credit hours per term
Half-Time Status = 8 to 11 credit hours per term
Less Than Half-Time Status = 7 credit hours or less per term
There is no cost for current students to obtain enrollment verifications and normal processing time is 24-48 hours. Please complete the information below. You may also view a Sample Enrollment Verification form.
