Do you have a great idea for a reality television show? Are you ready to star in your own Reality television show? Do you simply want to improve your pitch skills when you pitch your idea to a production company or network executive? If the answer to any of these questions is YES, this workshop is for you! This one day, hands-on intensive workshop will guide you through the process to develop a concept, including basic budgeting, attachments and a pitchable one-sheet that you can present to producing partners or network executives. And best of all – all participants will to pitch their sample ideas to the panel for evaluation.

Taught by Tidal Wave TV show runner DMA (Donna Michelle Anderson) and featuring panelists Lisa Pollack of GRB Television and Fox Reality network executive Bob Boden, this one-of-a-kind workshop will prepare you for getting into the reality television show business.

DMA has worked as a Writer, Producer and show runner for dozens of high-rated non-fiction television programs for such networks as CBS, UPN, Fox and others. She has been the supervising producer of Bravo’s “Queer Eye for the Straight Girl” and 20th Television’s “Classmates,” the senior producer of “Star Search,” a show producer for “Big Brother,” and most recently, executive producer of BET’s “Remixed!,” which also was produced by her production company, Tidal Wave TV. She has taught screenwriting and reality TV seminars for film festivals, production companies and professional groups across America and is a member of both the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.

Lisa Pollack is a Development Executive with GRB Television, an established global trendsetter of unscripted alternative programming. GRB has a long client list that has included shows for NBC, USA, Paramount Television, Nickelodeon, AMC, Animal Planet, TNT, Spelling Entertainment, The History Channel, A&E, Fox, Columbia Tri-Star and Germany’s SAT-1. Current shows in production include “Intervention” for The A&E Network, “True Caribbean Pirates” for The History Channel, “Tuckerville” on country music legend Tanya Tucker for The TLC Channel and “Untold Stories of the ER” for TLC. Past shows have included “Next Action Star” for NBC, “Growing Up Gotti” for A&E, “Princes of Malibu” for Fox and “Cannonball Run” for USA Network.   Bob Boden is Sr. Vice President of Programming for Fox Reality which has produced or aired many of the most watched reality shows on TV including “World’s Most Shocking Moments”, “The Amazing Race”  “Blind Date”, “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Hell’s Kitchen” and “When Animals Attack”, among others.
