Our Bachelor of Fine Arts and Associate of Fine Arts degrees immerse you in the full range of creative, technical, and business skills you'll need to launch your future as a storyteller and filmmaker.

BFA Cinema Emphases

Customize your BFA degree program by delving deeper into an emphasis, the area of creative media creation that interests you most.


Our average student-to-instructor ratio is 12:1. You'll take hands-on, interactive courses taught by accomplished entertainment industry professionals who work with you to develop your personal creative vision.

High School Summer Program

The High School Summer Program gives you a chance to jump-start your college career by doing what you love. Choose from a wide variety of intensive, hands-on courses taught by accomplished industry professionals on the Columbia College Hollywood campus.

Course Descriptions

We offer a wide variety of classes, from theory courses to hands-on production courses. All designed to immerse students in the film industry and provide an opportunity for academic and artistic growth.
