Acting

Acting is the physical embodiment of storytelling - the art of human reality. Actors must go beyond mimicking real emotions and scenarios to do more than imitate. Actors must create truth with each and every line. By choosing the Acting emphasis, you'll learn the fundamentals of script interpretation and analysis, character development, voice, and movement in order to give life to your interpretations. You'll also work with other students, taking direction, becoming comfortable with the camera, and applying your personal renditions to film.
