Why I chose CCH: “First off, the tuition was more reasonable than the other film schools I looked at. Then, when I visited the College and took a tour, I got to see part of a class in action and I really liked the small class size where the students get more one-on-one interaction with instructors. I love the hands-on curriculum where students start becoming familiar with equipment and on-set practices right away. Also, the location is ideal – the College is close enough to give me all the industry access I need for great internships and production shoots, while at the same time being in a suburb that’s away from the frantic pace of L.A.”

Favorite classes: Cinematography 1, Visual Design, Camera Essentials

My personal vision: “I’m a visual story-teller, so I want to be a director of photography for film working on studio productions. I want people to leave the movies I’ve shot saying, ‘That looked amazing!’”
